For more than twenty-five years, Patan Tea has welcomed neighbours and travellers from around the world to a little shop in Swotha Tole, Lalitpur. We bring you whole-leaf teas and herbal tisanes from Ilam and the Himalayan foothills, picked with care and sold with pride.

Where it begins
Ilam is often called the tea capital of Nepal. Its misty slopes, cool nights and Himalayan air give our teas their delicate aroma and clean, sweet finish. Many are plucked by hand and made in small batches, so every cup carries a little of the hillside.
